Why one quote is $350 and another is $900
Time with the photographer
The single biggest factor. A 45-minute session and a 90-minute session are not the same product — the longer one buys more outfit changes, more setups and, more usefully, enough time for you to stop being self-conscious.
How many finished images you get
Editing is slow, skilled work. A package delivering five finished frames and one delivering twenty differ by hours of retouching, not by shutter clicks.
Studio versus on-site
